Yair Grindlinger - CEO and Co-Founder

As CEO, Yair brings 18 years of experience developing and leading high-growth companies to his role at SupportSpace. Prior to Founding SupportSpace Yair was most recently with Port Authority Technologies (Vidius) where he served as CEO, At Port Authority Yair served as a board members and took the CEO position to lead the company’s turnaround. Acquired by WebSense, Inc. (NASDAQ: WBSN).

Yair was previously one of STIVentures' fund managers, leading the software, security and Internet investments and serving on the companies' boards. As a key member of the Security-7 management team, Yair built and managed the international sales and marketing operations. Acquired by Computer Associates, Inc. (NYSE:CA).

Yair is a reserve Captain in the Israeli Defense Force Technology Division.

Doron Elgressy - President and Co-Founder

Doron is an entrepreneur who brings more than 18 years of experience in technology and business. Before launching SupportSpace, Doron was the owner and CEO of Primary Hi-Tech Ventures, an early-stage investment boutique. He founded Security-7, an information security software company, which was subsequently acquired by Computer Associates, Inc. (NYSE:CA).

Doron served as VP R&D of Carmel Software, which produced software licensed to Symantec and Microsoft, who distributed more than 20 million copies. Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC) acquired Carmel's technology through the acquisition of Central Point.

Eyal Ben-Ari - VP Business Development

Eyal brings over ten years of international experience in General Management, Sales and Business Development. Prior to SupportSpace, Eyal held various key managerial positions with Exent Technologies including SVP of Worldwide Sales and Business Development, General Manager of Exent Technologies, Inc., and VP of Sales and Business Development for Europe and the Asia-Pacific Region.

Eyal served as a consultant to the Avionics Systems division at Elbit Systems Ltd., a defense electronics company (NASDAQ and TASE listed).

Eyal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University.

Sallee Peterson - VP Service

Sallee has more than 25 years of experience in service, customer support and operations functions within the High Tech Industry. Before joining SupportSpace, Sallee was SVP of Global Services and Support at VeriSign, where she managed Professional Services, Network Security Operations, and Customer and Technical Support Call Center Operations.

Prior to VeriSign, Sallee held executive senior management positions at NetManage, Maxtor and Intel, including VP of Information Technology, Customer Support and Sales Operations.

Tomer Magid - VP Product

Tomer brings to SupportSpace over 9 years experience in various technological and product roles with a strong background in consumer applications, processes and infrastructure development.

Previous roles include managing the product line of ICQ (an America Online company) and leading their product portfolio, including client, web and partner applications.

Prior to ICQ, Tomer led several development teams at Verint Systems LTD (NASDAC VRNT).

Eyal Shpin - VP Research and Development

Eyal Shpin joined us on June 2010 as a vice president of R&D. In this role Eyal leads the technology development and technology innovation efforts of the SupportSpace platform and it’s extensions.

Eyal brings more than 20 years of experience in startups and large international companies, in the area of enterprise and internet applications. Prior to joining SupportSpace, Eyal was the senior vice president of R&D, and the Israeli site Manager of Jacada (Nasdaq : JCDA), where he led the new generation Jacada contact center platforms.

Before Jacada Eyal serve as a director of development at SSA (Which where acquired later by Infor) where he led all the CRM , PLM and Marketing application development. Earlier he was a VP R&D at C-Ark , who being acquired by Baan , and later by SSA. Mr. Shpin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Physics from Ben Gurion University in Israel.
